Yellow City Street Food offers busy Amarillo patrons the opportunity to sample a diverse array of gourmet eats on the go. Inspired by street food found around the world, as well as the food-truck scene in Austin, owners Scott Buchanan and Rin Roberts opened their small drive-thru restaurant this past April as a way to serve diners affordable, creative four-star food.

The menu changes seasonally with offerings ranging from “Animal Style” French-fries and burgers to pork tacos and quinoa cakes to vegan and vegetarian options, this isn’t your run-of-the-mill fast food. We recommend checking YCSF’s Facebook page for their daily specials or to request your favorite meal. And head over early – everything is made fresh, and popular items sell out fast.

Yellow City Street Food 909 S. Madison, 223.2882

Open Tuesday through Thursday 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5 p.m.-8 p.m.
