At Nordic Galley Bakeri, Joni Prater invites you to partake in her heritage. With a menu based on her mother and grandmother’s recipes from the old country, Joni offers from-scratch cakes, quiches, and a medley of delectable pastries, such as orange cardamom rolls, cinnamon rolls and scones.

Just in time for the winter season, the daily specials include hot lunches like beef stroganoff and Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes. Try not to stuff yourself with the bottomless basket of homemade rolls so you can fully appreciate dessert.
