Since opening eight years ago, Feldman’s Wrong Way Diner has served more than 300,000 plates of its hit dish: the chicken fried steak. Hand-cut and hand-battered on site, it remains the most requested item on the menu.
Feldman’s invites its patrons to participate in the Tex Randall CFS challenge. Only two customers can claim they’ve stomached a 24-ounce chicken fried steak, one pound of French fries (both covered in 32 ounces of gravy), 12 ounces of green beans and a dinner roll and salad within 42 ½ minutes.
